Generation method
Generated using a constrained LLM pipeline with scenario templates derived from public regulatory guidance. No real customer data was used as seed. Each record is checked for residual PII patterns and reviewed against scenario coverage.

Quality notes
Records are reviewed for coverage of regulatory scenarios. Coverage is broad but not exhaustive. Edge cases are flagged but the dataset does not claim full representativeness of any real population.
